I went into the healing arts of psychotherapy and coaching to offer both high-quality mental health care and highly skilled coaching. As a mental health counselor and professional coach, I assist my clients by providing therapy, coaching, and more.
I help my clients connect with both their conscious and unconscious minds, so that they can get a real head sense, felt sense and gut sense of how to make the changes they have needed to make for a long time.
In turn, they will affect positive changes in their worlds, and help to make our whole collective and connected world a much better place.
