Personal training for the soul TM
Holisitic, integrative, and personalized therapy
Because my approach in working with people is highly personal, we will explore what healing would look like for you.
We will allow sufficient time to explore and set goals for treatment. It is important that we can both get a felt sense that we can work well together. I'll need for you to share your views, input your ideas, give feedback on the process, and share your own expertise in the goal-setting process.
Core Transformation, Wholeness Work and The Self-Concept Model
Connirae and Tamara Andreas have created a gentle, yet powerful inner-healing approach that takes you to the Core of your being. Deeper than the conditioned (wounded) self is an unconditioned (unwounded) Self. This Core of your being has been called your "true" self.
From this place, many people have resolved long-standing patterns of behavior that were getting in the way of living authentically, and are now living their Truth.
Unlike many other methods, Core Transformation is not about will-power, discipline, or positive thinking. It’s a natural, easy process that connects us with our core self to facilitate lasting change. Core Transformation helps us to respect ourselves more fully, to move beyond inner conflict and inner struggle into experiencing alignment with our deepest self.
Core Transformation leads people to experience states like “Being,” “Inner Peace,” “Love,” or “Oneness.” As we use this approach, you’ll learn the steps to melt away, dissolve and unravel limitations, and even deeply-entrenched problems. These states become your new foundation for living.
Surprisingly simple, experiencing this process feels like a long overdue kindness to yourself. You will be guided through each step of the process, and as we work together using this, you can do this process on your own, furthering your own healing. A recent article in the Journal of Counseling and Development showed the efficacy of this process (Braganza, D. J., Piedmont, R. L., Fox, J., Fialkowski, G. M., & Gray, R. M. (2019). Examining the Clinical Efficacy of Core Transformation: A Randomized Clinical Trial. Journal of Counseling & Development, 97(3), 293–305.).
Connirae Andreas has also developed the Wholeness Process. The Wholeness Process is a new "path to awakening" and way of resolving life problems. This new process has helped people with insomnia, relationship issues, pre-migraine auras, difficult emotions, and much more. People report “it’s easy, and feels gentle and kind.” You can find out more about this at https://wholenessprocess.org/
Steve Andreas developed the Self-Concept Model, which he outlined in Transforming Your Self, as well as taught in numerous trainings for treating a wide variety of issues, such as self-esteem problems, perfectionism, trauma, addiction, among others.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.
Little known fact: EMDR came from the field of neurolinguistic programming, the same field where Core Transformation, Wholeness Process and the Self-Concept Model came from.
